"What greater  gift than the love of a cat." --Charles Dickens

Prince

Picture
And what a lovely little prince he is!  When Prince isn't eating, sleeping, or playing (all of which he loves doing) - he is seeking out some cuddles.  He has been around cats and dogs in his foster home and does well with other pets.

Stripe

Picture
Stripe is looking for a quiet home.  He plays well with other cats and would do best to have another cat as a playmate.  He enjoys attention and petting, but takes a while to warm up to new people and spaces.  Stripe would love to be adopted with his brother, Monk.

Monk

Picture
Monk loves hanging out on the cat tree and sunbathing.  He is a quiet and shy guy who will hide when there are unfamiliar sounds.  He is not often more than a couple of feet away from his brother, Stripe; so it would be great if they find a home together.

Lizzie

Picture
Lizzie is a loving and gentle companion.  She can be playful with toys and other cats.  She mostly enjoys hanging out in high-up places and taking long cat naps.  Lizzie enjoys affection and is a good neck cuddler.

Chloe

Picture
This sweet girl enjoys lots of attention.  Petting? Yes! Toys? Yes! Catnip? Yes!  Chloe does well with kids and other cats.  She will be a loving addition to your home.

Tiger

Picture
Tiger is playful and loving.  He likes to be in the middle of the action and thinks a quiet house would be boring.  Toys, cat towers, windows a must!  Tiger does well with other cats, kids, and dogs.

Beth

Picture
Beth is a gentle and curious kitten.  She is ready for a home of her own with lots of toys and cuddles.   Beth has tested well with other cats, dogs, and kids!  Her kid testing went so well that we had a little trouble getting her and the tester separated.

Tanya and Tilly

Picture
These sweet girls were trapped with our TNR program... a few purrs and meows later we realized that they weren't feral at all.  They would make good house cats and are likely good mousers since they have been surviving outdoors.  They are friendly and like to get pets.  These sisters are bonded and will need to be adopted together.

Trapper

Picture
Trapper is a handsome boy with a big personality.  He loves attention.  Trapper figured out how to escape from our adoption kennels and loves to demonstrate this skill every time we attempt to put him in one. He does well with other cats and seems to enjoy kids.

Georgie

Picture
Georgie is on his way to be a big boy.  He is a handsome orange tabby with white paws.  He is playful and confident - adjusts well to new places.  Loves attention!  Georgie would do well around other cats, kids, or dogs.

Mika

Picture

This sweet girl is a gentle wallflower that tries to get some attention around her 3 siblings.  Mika loves window watching and cuddles.  She is curious kitten ready to explore her new forever home.

Freddy

Picture
Freddy is working on socialization in his foster home.  He is torn between his love for cuddles and his distrust of humans. He will need a quiet home with someone patient enough to give him plenty of time to adjust.

Jelly Bean

Picture
Jelly Bean is a curious and friendly guy.  He is a bit of a goofball!  He loves toys, especially string and wand toys.  Jelly Bean loves to be next to his person and will roll over for belly rubs.

Little Man

Picture
Quiet, shy, and lovable.  Little Man gets along well with other cats. He loves to play and spend time window watching.  Toys and treats are his favorite!  Courtesy listing: Little Man is located in Okeene.  He was taken in by a Good Samaritan who has gotten him neutered and vaccinated.  If you are interested in providing him a home, we can get you in touch with him and his caretaker.

Adults (over 1 year old)

"There are two means of refuge from the miseries of life: music and cats." -- Albert Schweitzer

Percy

Picture
Percy is a handsome, sweet boy with a unique voice and personality. He acts timid and fearful in a new environment around new people and will continue to be reactive to loud sounds or big movements; however, he seeks to break through that fear to sit on your lap for pets, purring, chirping, trilling, and singing his pleasure to be there. Once the fear is broken, expect him to follow you around, ask for pets, lay on your chest and cuddle your neck. He loves to play with toys like a pipe cleaner, wand, and laser light. Percy would be content to be an only cat with a companion oriented owner, but also enjoys playing and cuddling with other cats, as long as he gets at least equal attention and affection.

Outlaw

Picture
Common questions you may have about Outlaw.  Can I pick him up?  No, he does not like that.  Can I hug him and shower him with kisses?  We would not recommend this.  Will he do cute cat things when my friends come over?  Definitely not, he will be hiding until the invasion of his house has come to an end.  Can I provide for his basic needs while being repaid with minimal affection in a respectful owner/cat relationship?  Yes!

Tosie

Picture
Tosie is a gorgeous black cat with three white toes.  She is currently weaning her kittens and will be ready for a home with lots of spoiling soon.  Tosie is gentle, curious, and good around kids.

Golda

Picture
Once Golda finishes up the important task of weaning her spunky kittens, she is going to be ready for a home of her own.  Golda is gentle, curious, and loving.  She loves mealtimes and watching out the window.  She is independent enough to give her person space, but friendly enough for cuddles.

Beau

Picture
Beau is a gentle and friendly cat.  He likes to nap a lot during the day and joins his foster family on the sofa in the evening.  Beau gets along well with other cats and dogs.  He is easily startled by strange noises or new people in the house.  Beau has to be fed a soft diet due to having no teeth.

Sushi

Picture
Sushi would be an excellent companion cat for someone that doesn't believe a cat could be "too loving".  He is playful in the evenings, but once he is done playing he goes right back to cuddling.  Where did Sushi go?  Just kidding, he is still right beside you.

Julia

Picture
This beautiful tuxedo cat will make a great companion cat for the right person.  Julia thrives on attention and cuddles.  She is thrilled to have long hair so that she can be brushed regularly.  She does well with gentle kids and other cats.

Bob

Picture
Bob came to our care in a trap as part of our TNR program.  Turns out he is a friendly old soul with what appears to be a disguise nose on his face.  Bob has good house manners and shouldn't have to survive alone outdoors any more.  Just a few minutes after letting him out of the trap we were in love - we think you will love him too.

Maria

Picture
Maria is one of our nursing moms in foster with her kittens.  She is a beautiful Siamese-mix with blue eyes.  Even though raising kittens can be exhausting, Maria always has time for some pets and loves to make biscuits on her favorite blankets.

Harold

Picture
Harold would love to be a full-time personal assistant for the right person.  Harold is an extremely loving cat who can be demanding of attention.  He will need some help learning his manners and should be adopted by someone who can provide unlimited attention and patience for this incredible young man.

Rosa

Picture
Sweet and beautiful.  Rosa is an absolute angel of a cat.  She is independent and has great manners.  Rosa never turns down a little affection.

Opal

Picture
Opal is a petite senior who came to us from a hoarding situation.  She had to have all of her teeth pulled, but eats wet and dry food with no problems.  She is independent and prefers to keep her feet on the ground at all times.  Opal is looking to enjoy her golden years in a quiet home without a lot of fuss.

Lloyd

Picture
Lloyd  is a young guy with lots of love to give.  He plays well with other cats but also enjoys his lounging time.  He loves to be brushed and doesn't like to share the spotlight when the brush is in use.  Lloyd is being treated for periodontal disease and may require extra vet visits and possibly tooth extractions in the future.  He also has a permanent head tilt resulting from a serious ear infection as a kitten.

Zoey

Picture
Fluffy-cuddly-tastic!  Zoey is a sweet and loving girl who is ready for her forever home.  She enjoys attention and needs to be brushed regularly.  She needs hairball prevention kept up also.  Zoey is FIV positive - she needs an indoor-only home and regular vet checkups.
