This handsome tuxedo Manx is a wonderful cat. He is gentle and gets along well with other cats. Hopper is going to make a good companion for the right person.
Cupcake is the last of a litter of seven kittens born in our care. She is patiently waiting for her forever parents to find her. Cupcake gets along well with other cats. In fact, she craves their company and would do best to be adopted with a friend or adopted as a companion for a lonely cat.
Newt was born with a daredevil spirit. He is full of adventure and mischief. One of his favorite tricks involves leaping onto his human from different surfaces in the room - this seems to be most fun when the human does not know what is about to happen. Sometimes the human yells at Newt for being so ornery. But then Newt falls asleep in the human's arm - he lays his head on their chest and purrs. The human forgives this sweet, sweet boy and promises to never yell at him again.
This beautiful torbie is full of spunk. Piper has crazy zoomie times and loves to hide under blankets to surprise attack. She is a very vocal cat who loves to carve out time for snuggles.
Pixie isn't likely to smother anyone with too much attention. No need to apologize when you work long hours, because she won't mind. Pixie would like to keep the owner/cat relationship as professional as possible. She likes being pet, but if you are tempted to pick up a cat and give it hugs and kisses? She is not the cat for you.
Paprika was a pretty spicy little kitten when she came to us. She has calmed down quite a bit and enjoys her cuddle time and play time. Paprika gets along with other cats, but can be a little bossy with younger kittens. She likes to play a game called "door dash" where, say you want to shut her in the bedroom for a while so you can enjoy your ice cream cone; but, "surprise!" she is already out the door before you shut it and "surprise again!" she has already licked your ice cream.
Sushi is one busy boy. He enjoys all sort of cat toys and wands. He likes to try his hand at catching flies -or "sky raisins". He unapologetically knocks things over. He pounces on and chases his brothers around. He likes to be in the middle of the action. But eventually he relaxes and becomes super cuddly boy.
Ever have one of those days where you just don't like people? Where you would rather sit at home and pass judgment on people, but don't dare want to deal with their foolishness? That describes how Outlaw feels everyday of his life. However, he is looking for a kind person to give him a home. Just don't expect him to dress up for the annual Christmas card.
Trixie is a pretty torbie with endless curiosity. "What is making that noise outside the window?" "What is in the bag?" "Is that your second bowl of ice cream?"... She can really keep you on your toes.
This little charmer is ready to be spoiled! Hollywood is an affectionate kitten who doesn't mind at all being the center of attention.
Angus loves to cuddle. He is ready to spend some relaxing afternoons with his new family. Angus plays well with other kittens, but will usually opt for human cuddles when given the choice.
Harold was an orphaned kitten near a busy highway. He was very nervous when he first entered our care, but has become a sweet and gentle boy. Harold gets along well with other cats and enjoys pets and cuddles from his people. If you want a good companion to spend time with, Harold will always be there. Unless you run the vacuum cleaner - then Harold will be hiding.
This big boy needs a little time to gain confidence with new things. Once he gets to know you and his environment he is a very trusting and loving cat. Beau gets along well with other cats and well-behaved dogs.
Chip is a really great guy. He has been with us for several months and just gets overlooked. Chip does well with other cats, dogs, and kids but does need time to adjust to new surroundings.
Rescue cats are so appreciative of the care they receive. This is certainly the case with Dennis. He soaks up every moment that our volunteers are with him, rewarding our cuddles with loud purrs, and visibly sad when we leave. This guy deserves a home with a human who will love him unconditionally the way he will love you.
Karen is a petite tabby who came to our care needing a safe place to raise her kittens. She was an A+ momma, but now she is ready to have some "me time". Karen is a laid back cat who enjoys window watching, lounging, and bossing other cats around.
Raya is a beautiful, medium-hair tuxedo cat. Raya is curious and wants to be involved first-hand in whatever you are doing. She loves cuddles and affection. She likes to give kitty kisses and is just the perfect mix of goofy and sweet.
Simone is a stranger in a strange land. As happens with some bottle babies, she did not develop necessary feline socialization skills. Simone is desperate for attention, love and companionship but sometimes responds with claws and teeth. She is looking for a quiet home with a human companion who has the time and patience to help her work on her behavioral issues. There is a sweet kitty inside her who lost her way and who is just waiting for a hero to help her find it.
Cole is quite a guy. He has been in our care for many months, being overlooked while others get adopted. He seems to take it all in stride, which tells us that he knows that his new mom or dad is worth the wait. Cole is playful, but very loving.
Although Percy is a loving cat, he is historically terrible at adoption appointments. Since people don't typically choose the cat hiding out in the litter box cabinet, Percy doesn't get chosen. He will probably need an adopter who is willing to take a chance on a really great cat knowing that it will be a week or two before he shows them that he is super.
Part cat and part diva - Lydia is looking to be an only cat in a loving home. She can get along well with other cats, but prefers having all the attention to herself. Lydia enjoys window watching, naps, and lots of pets.
Joe can't wait for a place to call home. He would be appropriate for an indoor/outdoor home. He enjoys sunbathing and is always up for cuddles. Joe is the kind of cat that you can talk with for hours. He has a lot of stories and is a good listener.
