"The smallest feline is a masterpiece." - Leonardo da Vinci

Kittens and Teenagers (4-12 months)

"What greater  gift than the love of a cat." --Charles Dickens

Cricket

Picture
Cricket will come find you, bring you her favorite wand toy, rub against your leg and purr. She may also startle at sudden movements and noises and may retreat if approached for pets. Is it shyness or tortitude? Only her future family will find out as she matures and settles in. In her own time and place of her choosing, she is quite affectionate and enjoys pets. Cricket's foster mom says that she loves to wrestle and play with her foster kitten companion and to cuddle with the resident cat, so she would probably be happiest in a home with at least one other feline to be besties with. Because of her sensitive startle response, she may do best in a home with older family members.

Beth

Picture
Beth is a curious kitten.  She can play rough and would do best with older children.  She is ready for a home of her own with lots of toys and cuddles.   Beth likes to stand her ground and is cat/dog selective.  She will need slow introductions with other family pets.  She would love to be adopted by someone with a safe outdoor space for her to play in occasionally.

Tango

Picture
Tango is a bobtail cat with a passion for exploring.  He loves toys, cardboard boxes, window watching, and people.

Linda

Picture
This sweet lady had nowhere to go and was hanging out near a busy highway.  While waiting for a place with us, Linda lived in her finder's car, then someone's garage, and finally came to our cattery.  She is so loving and appreciative of the care she receives.  Linda deserves the best of homes - we are confident she will find it.

Shasta

Picture
Shasta is more than just a pretty face.  She is gentle and lovable.  Shasta will make a great companion for a lucky person.

Carla

Picture
Carla is a sweet girl who does best with another cat friend to help her out of her shell.   She likes to be pet but isn't particularly cuddly.  Carla is playful.  She takes a while to adjust to new places, but likes to explore and observe.

Margaret

Picture
Margaret is a sweet and loving kitten.  She takes her time to get to know you before she shows her full personality.  Margaret does well with small dogs, kittens, and adult cats.

Clay

Picture
Unconditional love in a cute cat package.  Clay is looking for a person or family that can return all the love and trust that he will give to you.  He is always interested in what you are doing; he probably wants to join in and help.

Ronan

Picture
Ronan is a typical kitten. Loves to play with toys, is curious of new places, and welcomes all the cuddles.  He would likely do best with another kitten as a playmate.

Tornado Joe

Picture
Tornado Joe is the life of the party.  In fact, if you have a party without inviting this guy, your party is probably pretty dull.

Linus

Picture
Cuddles and purrs will be part of your everyday life if you adopt sweet Linus.  He is a playful kitten who is always on the lookout for an empty lap to curl up on.

Annabelle

Picture
Annabelle is working on her socialization skills in a foster home.  She purrs when being pet, but is still nervous about approaching people.  She is playful and gets along well with other cats.

Norm

Picture
Norm is usually the big guy in charge.  He loves to play with his siblings, but can push them out of the way to be first in line.  He is super snuggly and looking for someone to binge watch some shows with him.

Gene

Picture
If you are looking for a cat that will follow you around seemingly asking "whatcha doin?", then Gene is your guy!  He is curious, playful, and loving.  He is a handsome buff tabby full of purrs and cuddles.

Solomon

Picture

This sweet little mini panther is about as affectionate as a kitten can be. In fact, we wonder if we should change his name to Mr. Cuddles. Being held, being a nap scarf and desk mate, following around his foster mom, that's all he wants the majority of the day. If you want a feline companion who will love you beyond measure, look no further.

Anne

Picture
Anne is playful and curious. She loves attention and will occasionally nibble those that she likes the most.   She is bold and has some wild moves to show you.  Would do well with an active family.

Butch

Picture
This special little guy would be the perfect playmate for a kid. He's curious, fearless, and full of energy. When he runs out of steam he loves pets and cuddles from his humans. He may also be a great playmate for an existing family cat or pairing from our cattery.

Baxter

Picture
Baxter loves to play with other kitties and be in the middle of the action.  That is, until it is feeding time, when he prefers to be alone.  Cuddles, toys, sunlight... Baxter has a lot of favorite things.  He is loving life.

Honeycutt

Picture
Honeycutt is sweet and gentle.  She is cautious with new people and new places, but will adjust with time.  She enjoys cuddling and playing with her siblings.

Adults (over 1 year old)

"There are two means of refuge from the miseries of life: music and cats." -- Albert Schweitzer

Little Man

Picture
Quiet, shy, and lovable.  Little Man gets along well with other cats. He loves to play and spend time window watching.  Toys and treats are his favorite!  Courtesy listing: Little Man is located in Okeene.  He was taken in by a Good Samaritan who has gotten him neutered and vaccinated.  If you are interested in providing him a home, we can get you in touch with him and his caretaker.

Lizzie

Picture
Lizzie is a loving and gentle companion.  She takes playfulness to the next level - Lizzie regularly tries to catch her tail, she likes to bat her toy mouse around (or anything that can be batted around) and she empties the toybox of toys almost immediately after they have been picked up.  She mostly enjoys hanging out in high-up places and taking long cat naps.

Outlaw

Picture
Outlaw has a grumpy cat face, but is ultimately a loving guy.  He loves wand toys and will display somersaults and flips in his high-energy play.  He enjoys being brushed and petted, but all affection with Outlaw is on his terms.  He does well with other cats, but needs slow introductions to all things new and unfamiliar.

Theo

Picture
This gentle guy is a wonderful companion cat.  He is laid back and easy going.  Theo likes to be pet, but isn't demanding of attention.  We think that he may just be perfect.

Mango

Picture
Mango is a medium-hair orange tabby who is bob tailed.  Mango is super sweet and loves to get all the pets.  She takes a while to warm up to other cats, but is friendly with them in time.

Diane

Picture
Diane is playful and curious.  She will make an amazing addition to most any home.  She does well with other cats as long as they respect her personal space.

Stripe

Picture
Although Stripe may take a while to adjust to new places, he is ultimately a curious and loving companion.  He loves to explore.  He would be a good recliner companion.  Stripe is likely to do best in quieter households.

Flora

Picture
Flora spent her first weeks with us in hiding.  We couldn't even figure out if she was coming out to eat and certainly didn't know if she was going to be adoptable.  However, once she came out of hiding, she hasn't quit purring and asking for pets since.  Flora is extremely loving and gentle.  Would do best in a quiet home and will need some transition time.

Chloe

Picture
This sweet girl enjoys lots of attention.  Petting? Yes! Toys? Yes! Catnip? Yes!  Chloe does well with kids and other cats.  She will be a loving addition to your home.

Lloyd

Picture
Lloyd is a young guy with lots of love to give.  He plays well with other cats but also enjoys his lounging time.  He loves to be brushed and doesn't like to share the spotlight when the brush is in use.  Lloyd has had most of his teeth extracted due to periodontal disease. He also has a permanent head tilt resulting from a serious ear infection as a kitten.  And yet with a tilted head and very few teeth left, he is still a very handsome boy.

Aurora

Picture
This beautiful girl has raised some lively kittens and watched them all go to loving homes.  With her mom-job completed, she has set her eyes on finding her own happy ending.  Maybe that is at home with you.

Hidden Treasures

Cats are like people; they are different. They defy expectations. They may not run, play, do cute tricks and demand cuddles at that first crucial meeting. But you will find them behind the cabinet, in the cat tree, wrapped in a blanket. They will peek out at you, watch, listen. They do not make their decisions lightly or quickly. Only when they feel safe, will they show you their true selves as loving, generous companions, who appreciate the special person who knows that sometimes it takes patience, time and a whole lot of love to find that Hidden Treasure. Here are ours...

Thor

Picture
Thor is a gorgeous long-hair tabby who enjoys window watching and people watching.  He gets along with other cats, but does not often join in play with them.

Monk

Picture
Monk spends the majority of his time, hiding, watching, and waiting.  He is cautious with his movements and startles easily.  It would be easy to lose patience with a cat who seems so untrusting, yet there will come a time when he will crawl up beside you as if to say, "thank you for loving me".  He will let you pet him and you will hear his soft purr.  You will come to love him, as we do, on his terms and in his time.

Bonnie

Picture
What a beautiful accessory Bonnie would be in your home!  She is a gentle and quiet observer of life.  Bonnie is soft and purrs when she is petted.  We do not know if she will ever be a lap cat, but she is a polite and low-maintenance guest.

Jillian

Picture
Jillian is one of our bobtail cuties.  She is a gentle observer of all things around her.  She occasionally will join in for play or pets, but does need extra time as she startles easily.

Freddy

Picture
Freddy will be a loving lap cat to the patient person who gives him plenty of time to build trust.  Here is his list of don'ts: dogs, children, people who talk loud and/or move fast, vacuum cleaners, and cat clothes.

Mr. Binnacle

Picture
Sweet and playful.  Mr. Binnacle is still working on his socialization skills.  He enjoys taking treats from his foster mom and playing with toys.
